We built our menu around fresh ingredients for mountain enthusiasts. There’s breakfast burritos and strong coffee by day and tacos and strong drinks by night. Not to mention other dishes. And special dishes. Hope to see you up here soon.

About
Casa Colina was founded in 2023 in Estes Park, Colorado.
Our menu centers around (mostly) hand-held Mexican-inspired cuisine alongside a fun and elevated tequila and mezcal bar program. We source ingredients from around Colorado as much as possible, working with local farms and small businesses.
We strive to make our house-on-a-hill your pre- and post-hike home away from home — a place where friends and family can reconnect and experience the wild, elevated whimsy of Estes Park.
