The Highlands Supper Club is ideal for team dinners, client receptions, and leadership retreats, with a total capacity of 60 across indoor and outdoor seating. A private dining room for up to 10 guests sets the scene for board-style meetings or intimate executive gatherings, while the main dining room is perfect for larger celebrations. Warm lighting, a stone fireplace, and thoughtful details make every agenda feel a little more like a celebration.
The Azalea Room
A versatile and elegant venue, The Azalea Room works beautifully for everything from brainstorming sessions to small conferences. Host board meetings of 10–20 or theater-style presentations for up to 36 guests, with flexible seating that can shift as your day evolves. An adjoining king room and private patio provide extra space for breakouts, green room needs, or a quiet place to recharge between sessions.
The Lobby Lounge
The heart of Trailborn Highlands, The Lobby Lounge provides a comfortable meeting setting with access to a charming outdoor deck, a kitchenette, and a bar area. It's perfect for casual meetings and relaxing. Catch up over coffee or host post event chat on comfortable seating in open spaces.
