About Trailborn Jackson Hole
Trailborn Jackson Hole is the heart & soul of the wild west and your high-country outpost for frontier fun. A modern chalet resort at the base of Snow King Mountain with ski-in/ski-out slope access, a thrilling Cowboy Coaster, and treetop adventures, there’s endless four-season family-friendly activities to enjoy.
In the snowy months, Trailborn Jackson Hole is an après ski paradise. Warm fondue at Old Timer restaurant & bar, cozy fires, snowball fights and hot tub nights. Come spring, the resort shakes off the winter chill and it’s playtime in the Teton Meadow. Climb the cairns, two-step to the country tunes, and revel in some family rivalry in the Alley-Oop bowling & game room.
Trailborn Jackson will open its doors this Summer at the former Snow King Resort. At this time, we are still putting the finishing touches on Trailborn Jackson Hole. If you’d like to stay with us before then, you can book a room at Snow King Resort until March 18, or stay in a Grand View Residence condo.

Hotel Policies
Check-In: Between 4:00 pm and 11:59PM
Check Out: 11:00 am (Late check outs past 11AM without written confirmation are subject to penalties up to an additional full night’s stay)
The final amount of the booking will be charged 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card at time of booking. This property does not accept Debit Cards.
Failed or invalid Credit Cards may result in cancellation of the reservation without notice and any charges already posted are not eligible for refunds.
Yes. Overnight parking charges are covered within your daily resort fee.
The Trailborn Jackson hotel building is dog friendly with no breed or weight restrictions. There is a two dog maximum per hotel guestroom and we charge a pet cleaning fee per day.

Dogs are only allowed in our hotel guestrooms, must be leashed at all times while at the resort and may not be left unattended in rooms or vehicles. We do not allow other pets.
Condo buildings and units are not pet friendly.
Guests are required to inform the hotel in advance if they would like to bring a dog to check availability of pet friendly rooms. On arrival you will be required to sign off on our Pet Policy Form.

Trailborn Jackson Hole accepts all major credit cards as the only form of payment during booking and check-in.
The card used to book may be charged deposits for room and taxes.
A different credit card may be used for incidentals at check-in (cardholder must be present with a valid government-issued photo ID and matching name).
We cannot accept/process debit cards (linked to checking accounts) or pre-paid cards.

Yes—we’re cashless. We accept credit cards only and do not accept cash as a method of payment.

Yes, Old Timer, a new bar and restaurant with après offerings galore. The menu highlights alpine comfort food with dishes like Steak Frites, Raclette, and a Half Chicken. Cocktails are crisp and classic — like a Vesper, a Negroni, or “Perfect Martini” (we didn’t name it ourselves).

Yes—there’s an outdoor pool that’s open seasonally, and it’s included as part of your resort fee.
Yes—our outdoor hot tub is open year-round, perfect for a post-adventure soak under the stars. Included in your resort fee.
Yes—our fitness center is open 24 hours/day with cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes), free weights, and a Pre-Core FTS Glide. Included in your resort fee.
Yes, daily housekeeping is included in your stay.

Yes, but please note only our hotel guestrooms and hotel building common spaces are ADA compliant.
Condo units/buildings are not ADA compliant. Condo buildings do not have elevators and many condo units are located on the second or third story.
Travel
Yes, Trailborn Jackson Hole provides a convenient shuttle service on limited availability to and from the airport. Please check availability and gain written confirmation for requests. The shuttle is not available on short notice and requires advanced booking and confirmation.
