Trailborn Jackson Hole is the heart & soul of the wild west and your high-country outpost for frontier fun. A modern chalet resort at the base of Snow King Mountain with ski-in/ski-out slope access, a thrilling Cowboy Coaster, and treetop adventures, there’s endless four-season family-friendly activities to enjoy.

In the snowy months, Trailborn Jackson Hole is an après ski paradise. Warm fondue at Old Timer restaurant & bar, cozy fires, snowball fights and hot tub nights. Come spring, the resort shakes off the winter chill and it’s playtime in the Teton Meadow. Climb the cairns, two-step to the country tunes, and revel in some family rivalry in the Alley-Oop bowling & game room.

Trailborn Jackson will open its doors this Summer at the former Snow King Resort. At this time, we are still putting the finishing touches on Trailborn Jackson Hole.

Check Out: 11:00 am (Late check outs past 11AM without written confirmation are subject to penalties up to an additional full night’s stay)

Cancellations must be made 14+ days prior to arrival for all stays at Trailborn Jackson Hole and Grand View Residences.

Reservations booked within a group block are held to the cancellation policy stated in the group agreement and are separate from the above policies. This property only accepts Credit Cards. We do not accept Debit Cards

The following local tax rates will be applied to all guest reservations and departure cleaning fees.

• State Sales Tax plus SPET: 7% of Total Lodging
• Teton County and Wyoming State Lodging Tax: 5% of Total Lodging
• Snow King Mountain Resort Association Development Fee: 1% of Total Lodging (taxable)

A resort fee of $39 plus taxes and fees may be charged per room per night.

The resort fee includes one or more of the following amenities as available

The Trailborn Jackson hotel building is dog friendly with no breed or weight restrictions. There is a two dog maximum per hotel guest room and we charge a $65 pet cleaning fee per day.

Dogs are only allowed in our hotel guest rooms, must be leashed at all times while at the resort and may not be left unattended in rooms or vehicles. We do not allow other pets.

Condo buildings and units are not pet friendly.

Guests are required to inform the hotel in advance if they would like to bring a dog to check availability of pet friendly rooms. On arrival you will be required to sign off on our Pet Policy Form.

Yes! We love kids and families.

No, Trailborn Jackson Hole is a smoke-free property.

Trailborn Jackson Hole accepts all major credit cards as the only form of payment during booking and check-in.

The card used to book may be charged deposits for room and taxes.

A different credit card may be used for incidentals at check-in (cardholder must be present with a valid government-issued photo ID and matching name).

We cannot accept/process debit cards (linked to checking accounts) or pre-paid cards.

Yes—we’re cashless. We accept credit cards only and do not accept cash as a method of payment.

Upon check-in, please have a physical credit card in your name, with matching government issued Photo ID, ready to provide to the Front Desk. The credit card will be swiped and authorized at $100 per night plus applicable room, taxes & fees.

Should your daily balance exceed the authorized amount, additional authorizations to cover the difference will be processed.

If at check-out your final balance is less than the authorized amount, our system will immediately release the additional funds. Depending on your individual bank’s processing speeds this may not reflect on your account for between 5 to 10 business days after the check-out date. Longer for international cards/banks.

Please Note: This is not a charge. This is a pending or holding authorization for incidentals, so you will not see a debit then credit but rather a pending charge that then disappears from the card’s statement if you do not charge any additional services or items to your room during your stay.

Yes, Old Timer, a new bar and restaurant with après offerings galore. The menu highlights alpine comfort food with dishes like Steak Frites, Raclette, and a Half Chicken. Cocktails are crisp and classic — like a Vesper, a Negroni, or “Perfect Martini” (we didn’t name it ourselves).

Yes—there’s an outdoor pool that’s open seasonally, and it’s included as part of your resort fee.

Yes—our outdoor hot tub is open year-round, perfect for a post-adventure soak under the stars. Included in your resort fee.

Yes—our fitness center is open 24 hours/day with cardio machines (treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes), free weights, and a Pre-Core FTS Glide. Included in your resort fee.

Yes, daily housekeeping is included in stays at Trailborn Jackson Hole.

A one-time Departure Cleaning Fee for Grand View Residences condominiums (including local tax rates) will be applied:

• $150-Luxury Parlor Suite
• $150-Luxury One Bedroom
• $300-Luxury Three Bedroom

Yes. Overnight parking charges are covered within your daily resort fee.

Valet is not available, but we do offer a limited shuttle service. Please call our reservations team with additional questions.

WiFi is included in your daily resort fee and available throughout the resort in public areas, guest rooms, condominiums, dining areas, and meeting spaces.

Yes, but please note only our hotel guestrooms and hotel building common spaces are ADA compliant.

Condo units/buildings are not ADA compliant. Condo buildings do not have elevators and many condo units are located on the second or third story.

Yes, Trailborn Jackson Hole provides a convenient shuttle service on limited availability to and from the airport. Please check availability and gain written confirmation for requests. The shuttle is not available on short notice and requires advanced booking and confirmation.
