The spirit of après is alive year-round at Old Timer, our full-service American grill at Trailborn Jackson Hole. Rustic canteen bones, hearty plates, crisp cocktails, and a work-hard-play-hard mountain spirit make it the kind of place you’ll want to wander into after skiing, hiking, sightseeing, or doing absolutely enough for one day.
Expect alpine comfort food like raclette, steak frites, and half chicken, plus classics from the bar — a Vesper, a Negroni, or a “perfect martini.” We didn’t name it ourselves.
