We can help you create dedicated room blocks for your group or design a retreat that uses specific wings of the resort, so teams are clustered together and can move seamlessly between their rooms and meeting spaces. Between sessions, guests can head to Ember Lily for a treatment, jump in the pool or hot tub, or sneak in a quick lap on the slopes—no shuttle required.

Grand Teton Room
Our largest indoor venue, the Grand Teton Room is a spacious ballroom designed for keynotes, conferences, and major celebrations. With high ceilings and a flexible layout, it can host classroom, banquet, or reception-style setups. Pair it with the mezzanine and surrounding spaces for multi-part programs that still feel cohesive.
Teton Meadow
Set against Snow King Mountain with wide-open sky overhead, Teton Meadow is our signature outdoor venue for meetings and group gatherings. Host a keynote or breakout session surrounded by pines and peaks, then transition to cocktails, lawn games, and a tented evening program if you’d like.
The Arbor Ballroom
A versatile, multi-room suite that works beautifully for corporate events: general session in the Arbor Ballroom, breakouts upstairs/downstairs, and an easy flow through the prefunction space for registration, sponsor moments, or a built-in snack bar. Great for retreats that need both structured meeting time and a polished evening event.
Cache Creek Rooms
A strong breakout cluster for multi-room agendas. Use the main Cache Creek room for mid-size sessions, split into Cache Creek Rooms A & B for parallel workshops, and treat the prefunction area as your check-in zone, sponsor tables, coffee break station, or networking corridor.
