We can help you set up a dedicated room block with a custom rate, or explore an exclusive buyout so your group has the entire property to itself. Your team can roll out of bed and straight into the morning session, then head back to their rooms, the lounge, or the lawn when it’s time to recharge.

Cabot Cove Hall, Bar & Lounge
Cabot Cove Hall, Bar & Lounge is our primary meeting space—a generous, light-filled space that can be configured for keynotes, workshops, training sessions, or dinner events. Set it classroom-style for learning, theatre-style for big announcements, or banquet-style for a closing-night celebration. With the ability to host up to roughly 200 guests reception-style across the full level, it’s ideal for company-wide gatherings that still feel connected to the surrounding landscape.
The Terrace
The Terrace, made up of the foyer, lookout, and landing—offers a series of interconnected spaces with elevated views over the grounds. Host a board meeting in one area, breakouts in another, or use the entire level for a progressive event that moves from check-in to sessions to a standing reception. Large windows, flexible layouts, and a mix of open and tucked-away zones make it an easy fit for executives, small teams, and focused working groups.
The Landing
Just off of the Terrace, the Landing serves as our property's wellness sanctuary, providing the perfect setting for meditation workshops, group yoga classes, or ethereal sound baths. Break up the day and center your group with, or enjoy a breakout space with vaulted ceilings and plenty of space for creative collaboration.
Hill House Lawns & Grounds
Step outside and you’ve got a built-in setting for open-air breakouts and team-building. The lawns and picnicking grounds are perfect for outdoor sessions, wellness activities, lawn games, or sunset receptions. Pair your agenda with experiences like yoga, guided nature walks, or local wine tastings, and you’ve got a retreat that balances productivity with a real sense of place.
