Cabot Cove Hall, Bar & Lounge
Cabot Cove Hall, Bar & Lounge is the heart of the celebration—a generous, light-filled hall on the main level ideal for ceremonies, receptions, or dinner and dancing. Host a seated reception with farmhouse tables or classic rounds, then transition to a lively dance floor as the night goes on. Our Cabot Cove Bar & Lounge is perfect for welcome cocktails, rehearsal dinners, or intimate after-parties. Set up a wine tasting, host a small-plates reception, or use it as a pre-function space before guests move into Cabot Cove Hall.
The Terrace
Upstairs, The Terrace unfolds across a welcoming foyer, scenic lookout, and landing that can be used individually or together to shape your event flow. Start with a ceremony or first-look moment overlooking the grounds, then move into a relaxed cocktail hour with passed bites and local sparkling wine. Large windows and elevated views give you a front-row seat to the shifting coastal light, while the flexible footprint can handle everything from an intimate dinner to a full second-story reception.

The Landing serves as our property's peaceful haven, with vaulted ceilings and an ethereal atmosphere that breathe calm and creativity into the space. Hill House Lawns & Grounds
Outside, the estate opens up to rolling lawns and picnicking grounds that feel pulled from a movie.
