Yes. At check-in, guests must present a physical credit card in their name along with a matching government-issued photo ID. The card will be authorized for any outstanding room charges, taxes, and fees, plus a flat $250 authorization will be placed on the card to cover incidental charges during the stay. This is a temporary authorization rather than a completed charge.

Additional authorizations may be processed if the account balance exceeds the amount originally authorized. Any unused authorization will be released by the property after checkout. Depending on your individual bank’s processing speeds this may not reflect on your account for between 5 to 10 business days after the check-out date. Longer for international cards/banks.

Please Note: This is not a charge. This is a pending or holding authorization for incidentals, so you will not see a debit then credit but rather a pending charge that then disappears from the card’s statement if you do not charge any additional services or items to your room during your stay.

This property does not accept Debit Cards or any other form of payment other than Credit Cards. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to a Front Desk agent upon check-in.
