Fuel Every Adventure, From Breakfast to Après

Dining at Trailborn Jackson Hole is designed to be part of the adventure, not just something that happens between activities. Whether you’re fueling up before a day in Grand Teton National Park, returning from the slopes at Snow King Mountain, or unwinding with cocktails after exploring downtown Jackson, the property’s restaurants and bars offer welcoming spaces to gather throughout the day.

Signature Après Chalet

Old Timer Bar & Restaurant

The spirit of après is alive year-round at Old Timer, our full-service American grill at Trailborn Jackson Hole. Rustic canteen bones, hearty plates, crisp cocktails, and a work-hard-play-hard mountain spirit make it the kind of place you’ll want to wander into after skiing, hiking, sightseeing, or doing absolutely enough for one day.

Expect alpine comfort food like raclette, steak frites, and half chicken, plus classics from the bar — a Vesper, a Negroni, or a “perfect martini.” We didn’t name it ourselves.

Lobby & Poolside Dining

Mountainside Bar & Café

There’s no bad time to après. Mountainside Bar & Café keeps the day moving with coffee, pastries, grab-and-go bites, poolside drinks, and easygoing lobby fare from morning through evening.

Post up by the fire, swing by after the pool, or grab something before heading out. It’s your all-day refuel stop, right where the mountain meets the lobby.
